In order for us to pay your cash refund, the store need to track you as you move from our website to their store and then purchase.

If you go directly to the store by typing their URL (www...) into your browser, the store will not know that you're a StartHere.com.au member and won't credit the purchase. So don't do it.

If you click through from a Google search, same problem - so don't do it.

If you click through from another website, same problem - so don't do it.

The real trick that sometimes catches people is this: you click through from the StartHere.com.au website, you browse the store and put an item in your shopping basket, you close the browser, later you go back to the store by typing the web address directly into the browser, you then complete the purchase.

Sometimes this causes a problem because the store thinks you've come directly to them and not through StartHere.com.au. It doesn't remember that originally you did come via StartHere.com.au, and so the store will not know that you're a StartHere.com.au member and won't credit the purchase. So don't do it.

Solution: before you visit any store, start at StartHere.com.au. And if you don't finish the purchase on that visit make sure you go back next time by starting at StartHere.com.au again.
