Once you've earned cash refunds, it's time to pocket the savings. In order to do this, you will need to set up your payment details. We made it really quick and simple for you to join StartHere.com.au and start earning refunds, but this means that in order to get paid you'll need to spend a couple of minutes answering a few questions.

Setting up a password
If you initially set up your account using a Facebook Login, you'll now need to set up a password. If you've already set up a password you can skip the steps below.

1. Log in to your StartHere.com.au account
2. At the bottom right of the screen click on Edit Your Details
3. Type in a Password and confirm it
4. Click Update
5. In preparation for the next step, click on the Edit Your Preferences link

Adding Bank Account/PayPal Detail
We are able to pay out your refunds to either an Australian bank account or a PayPal account. Please note that PayPal charges a 2% fee, capped at $1.25. There are no fees for transfer to a bank account.

1. If you're not yet logged in, login and then click on the Edit Your Preferences link at the bottom right of the screen. If you've just done steps 1-5 above skip this step.
2. In the Payment To box, select Bank Account or PayPal (your choice). Note that the bank account can only be an Australian account.
3. Now it's time to enter your payment details:
   • If you chose PayPal, in the Payment Email field enter the email address you have registered with PayPal
   • If you chose Bank Account, enter your details in the Bank details section at the bottom of the page. There are three fields: Account name, BSB, and Account number
4. Enter your Password to confirm the change
5. Click the Update button

Now you're done, and will start receiving payments.

A few last important points...

Minimum Payout - We will automatically payout your balance at the end of the month, provided you have a minimum of $20 in there. However, you can raise the minimum payout amount if you like, so we won't pay out until you've reached your chosen amount.

Be Careful! - Carefully check your bank account details. If you make a mistake the receiving bank does NOT check to confirm it's actually your account so if you get it wrong you'll be making a nice donation to someone else! This is a big problem to unwind, costs money, and takes a couple of months so double-check that your bank details are right.
